Student Services----Shandong Jiaotong University

	Library The university library is situated at the beautiful lakeside at the north part of the university, and has an area of 21,000 square meters. With holdings amounting to over 615,000 volumes of books, periodical issues, and microforms, the university library is a major resource in support of undergraduate studies and research.
	Computing Services All students today need to use computers and networks as part of their work, whether to write essays, to run applications, to access information on the Web, or to exchange e-mail with tutors and collaborators. At Shandong Jiaotong University, every student is allowed access to central computing facilities and to departmental systems.
	Health Center There is a Health Center on campus, run by a group of general medical practitioners. Nursing staff are in attendance to provide treatment and advice on a wide variety of health care matters.
	Sports A large area of the campus is devoted to sport. In addition to football, basketball, volleyball, table-tennis pitches, we also have a standard outdoor exercise circuit.
	Professional Training Bases Depending on its disciplinary advantages, the university runs some tertiary industry, which serves as ideal fieldwork bases for its undergraduates. Up till now, there are 12 campus fieldwork bases, and 54 outside field-trip bases.
